Join us in a hands-on exploration of the mysteries of drawing Illuminated Celtic Letters, step by step. These beautiful knotted forms are EASIER TO DRAW than the ancient
manuscripts of Kells, Lindisfarne and others might lead you to believe, and can be another way to connect with the inner spirit through drawing. Experience the quiet, contemplative state that comes as you create these beautiful images. We’ll look at some examples from the ancient manuscripts, and explore a little bit of the
historical side of knotwork through story and film breaks.
- Learn to draw and play with a basic Uncial script using simple pens
